Business hours Boiler Breakdown charges: 

 

Monday - Saturday 8:00 through to 18:00

 

We have no call out fees for our visit and should remedial action be required we will always provide a quote before commencing. As a guide our charges are:

Zone 1 (Within 20 miles of Newcastle or Hexham): 1st hour on site £45 + Vat (we don't charge for travel) + parts and £30 + Vat per hour thereafter.

Zone 2 (Within 40 miles of Newcastle or Hexham): 1st hour on site £55 + Vat (we don't charge for travel) + parts and £40 + Vat per hour thereafter.

 

 

Out of hours Boiler Breakdown charges:

 

Monday - Saturday 18:00 through to 08:00

 

Zone 1 (Within 20 miles of Newcastle or Hexham): 1st hour on site £65 + Vat (we don't charge for travel) + parts and £50 + Vat per hour thereafter.

Zone 2 (Within 40 miles of Newcastle or Hexham): 1st hour on site £75 + Vat (we don't charge for travel) + parts and £55 + Vat per hour thereafter.

 

Saturday 18:00 through to 08:00 Monday and Bank holidays

 

Zone 1 (Within 20 miles of Newcastle or Hexham): 1st hour on site £85 + Vat (we don't charge for travel) + parts and £60 + Vat per hour thereafter.

Zone 2 (Within 40 miles of Newcastle or Hexham): 1st hour on site £95 + Vat (we don't charge for travel) + parts and £65 + Vat per hour thereafter.

 

Power Flushing: We offer a 7 radiator central heating system flushing package from £180 + Vat  (including all chemicals), additional radiators incur an additional charge of £20 + Vat each

 

Cooker connection:  We will connect your built in or free standing gas cooker and supply a new flexible gas hose from £75 + Vat

 

Retrospective fitting of energy saving thermostatic radiator valves: We will supply and fit 7 new thermostatic radiator valves from £112 + Vat (with additional valves from £16 + Vat each)

 

Built in gas hob connection:  We will connect your built in gas hob from £75 + Vat

 

Gas Boiler Servicing: We will provide an annual service for your gas boiler or fire from £60 + Vat

 

Dishwasher or washing machine connection:  We will provide water supply connections for these appliances and connect from £70 + Vat
