Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate and appliance service:

As a guide our charges are:

 

Zone 1 (Within 20 miles of Newcastle or Hexham): £50 + Vat for the first two appliances then £10 + Vat per appliance thereafter.

Zone 2 (Within 40 miles of Newcastle or Hexham): £60 + Vat for the first two appliances then £12 + Vat per appliance thereafter. 

 

Boiler Breakdowns: We have no call out fees for our visit and should remedial action be required we will always provide a quote before commencing.

 

As a guide our charges are:

 

Zone 1 (Within 20 miles of Newcastle or Hexham): 1st hour on site £50 + Vat (we don't charge for travel) + parts and £40 + Vat per hour thereafter.

Zone 2 (Within 40 miles of Newcastle or Hexham): 1st hour on site £60 + Vat (we don't charge for travel) + parts and £50 + Vat per hour thereafter.

 

Landlord's Electrical Personal Appliance Testing (PAT Testing) 

As a guide our charges are:

 

Zone 1 (Within 20 miles of Newcastle or Hexham): £35 + Vat for the first ten appliances then £1 per appliance thereafter.

Zone 2 (Within 40 miles of Newcastle or Hexham): £40 + Vat for the first ten appliances then £1 per appliance thereafter. 

 

Landlord's Electrical Periodic Testing Report

As a guide our charges are:

 

Zone 1 (Within 20 miles of Newcastle or Hexham): £13.50 + Vat per circuit.

Zone 2 (Within 40 miles of Newcastle or Hexham): £14.50 + Vat per circuit.
